Construction planning
We read the architectural set and produce our own: low-voltage plans, cable schedules, rack elevations, and device locations coordinated against framing, structure, and mechanicals. Your superintendent gets drawings, not a conversation.
Pre-wire expertise
Pre-wire is scheduled to your build calendar and executed once, correctly. Every run is labeled, tested, and documented, and we leave the site the way we found it. Nobody wants to open a ceiling in month nine.
Lighting coordination
We work directly with your lighting designer and electrician on circuiting, dimming compatibility, keypad locations, and gang counts, including verifying that the specified fixtures will dim silently to the levels the design assumes.
Architectural integration
Shade pockets, speaker locations, touchpanel positions, and camera mounting are detailed into the architecture during design development, so nothing is surface-mounted onto a finished elevation as an afterthought.
Designer partnerships
Fabrics, finishes, keypad engraving, and hardware selection are presented as options within your scheme, not imposed on it. We defer to the interior designer on anything visible, and we say so up front.
Job-site communication
One point of contact, responsive to calls, present at the meetings that matter. If something is going to be late or has to change, you hear it from us early rather than discovering it on site.

Schematic design
A short conversation about how the client wants to live can influence room adjacencies, ceiling heights, and where equipment will eventually live. Costs nothing.

Design development
The ideal moment. The interior scheme is settling and the technology design can be developed alongside it, shade pockets, keypad locations, equipment rooms, rather than retrofitted into it.
- 03
Construction documents
Still workable. We issue low-voltage plans and cable schedules into your set and coordinate directly with the electrician.
- 04
Before rough-in
The last point at which cabling is cheap. After this, every addition is a compromise between what the client wants and what can be reached.
