HA-360 · Complete Technology Management
Your home is protected under HA‑360.
The install is the beginning, not the end. HA-360 is our ongoing management of the technology in your home, quietly kept current, watched over, and ready, long after commissioning.
Beyond the install
Someone should be responsible for the technology in your home. We are.
A fine home is not a collection of products you bought once. It is a living system, and like anything engineered to a high standard, it performs best when someone is quietly looking after it. HA-360 makes Home Audiomations that someone.
This is not a support contract you call when something breaks. It is an ongoing relationship. We stay connected to the home, keep it current, and take the responsibility off your hands. You should not have to think about the technology in your home. Under HA-360, you don’t.

The 360
Installation is only the beginning.
HA-360 keeps the technology behind your home known, supported, and ready for what comes next.
Proactive oversight
We review supported systems for connectivity, equipment, network, firmware, and system-health issues.
Remote resolution
We diagnose, reboot, inspect, and correct many issues without waiting for an onsite visit.
Priority service
Members move ahead of standard service requests based on their coverage level.
Preferred pricing
Reduced or waived dispatch charges create clear value when onsite service is needed.
Preventive care
Regular reviews help maintain compatibility across manufacturers, software, and connected systems.
Lifecycle planning
We identify aging and end-of-life equipment before it becomes a larger disruption.
Remote oversight
We are connected to your home, even when we are not in it.
The most valuable part of HA-360 is the part you never see. Your systems tell us when something is wrong, so a great many problems are diagnosed, and often solved, before they ever reach you.
A network that needs a reset. A device that has fallen offline. An update that should be applied. These are the small failures that would otherwise interrupt an evening. Under HA-360 they are handled quietly, frequently before you would have noticed at all.
Memberships
Three levels of care.
Every membership is matched to the home. The right level depends on the size of the residence and how much of it you would like us to carry.

Coverage
What's covered, and how it begins.
HA-360 is a managed service, not a warranty. It is the oversight, access, and intervention that keep a system running, and it is clear about where that responsibility ends.
What HA-360 covers
- Active remote oversight of supported systems
- Priority access to our service team
- Remote diagnosis and intervention when possible
- System documentation kept current
- Firmware, updates, and lifecycle management
What it does not cover
- Replacement equipment, parts, and consumables
- Manufacturer licensing, subscriptions, and cloud outages
- Internet service charges and ISP outages
- New installation, major programming, or system redesign
- Electrical work, and damage from surge, water, weather, or other trades
- Unsupported or end-of-life equipment
- Onsite work requiring lifts, ladders, or specialty access
HA-360 helps diagnose and manage these events. It does not make Home Audiomations financially responsible for them.
How enrollment works
Qualify
A qualification review for existing clients, or a full system audit for a new takeover, so we know exactly what we are taking responsibility for.
Baseline
We document a known-good baseline and correct anything unsupported, failing, or undocumented before monitoring begins.
Activate
HA-360 begins on a twelve-month agreement, billed monthly or annually, and your home moves to priority service from day one.
Members only
A private portal for your home.

Every project leaves behind a record: the photographs, the documentation, the system manuals, and the details of how your home was built. We’re building a private portal that keeps all of it in one secure place, visible only to you. When it launches, it will hold:
- The full photo and document archive of your project, kept by the people who built it
- Manuals and guidance for the specific systems in your home
- How-to videos tailored to your home, so anyone in the household can use it with confidence
- A direct channel to our team
And when your home moves into HA-360 management, none of it starts from scratch. Everything is already archived and ready, which is how the work comes full circle.
Begin
Ask whether your home qualifies for HA-360.
Tell us about the residence and how you live in it, and we will recommend the level of management that fits. Existing clients can add HA-360 at any time.
